About Our Host

STEM Advocacy

Tiffani Teachey is a passionate Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) advocate. She strives to educate young children and parents about the importance of STEM careers and the need for representation within those industries.

Author & Creator

She is the award-winning author of the STEM Crew Kids Adventures series and What Can I Be? STEM Careers from A to Z — a children’s book available in Spanish, French, and Swahili, along with a coloring and activity book, and a teacher’s guide.

Tiffani has also written three empowering books for women:

In her free time, she enjoys traveling and serving as a youth mentor.

Tiffani Teachey is a mechanical engineer, TEDx speaker, and best-selling children’s book author with over two decades of experience in STEM. As host of the The STEM Blueprint Podcast, she uses the power of storytelling to break barriers in STEM and literacy—igniting young minds and inspiring change.

Passionate about representation, Tiffani ensures that children—especially Black and Brown youth—see themselves in science, technology, engineering, and math. Through her books, mentoring, and speaking, she empowers the next generation to dream big and boldly believe they belong in STEM.

A Ph.D. candidate, magazine founder, and mentor, Tiffani has traveled the world inspiring kids to pursue their dreams while helping others turn knowledge into impact—one story at a time.
